The best thing about mounting the BuckStop is that there are no moving parts. It comes supplied with two screws and two rawl-plugs.
Ideally the mounting surface for the BuckStop should be smooth and flat to ensure the nose of the BuckStop engages the handle securely. The handle should strike the BuckStop approximately three quarters of the way along the handle. Because of the numerous shapes and patterns of modern door handles, this may not always be possible.
Mounting Instructions:
- Put the BuckStop in the desired position.
- Insert a pointed dowel or similar to mark the positions of the mounting screws.
- Drill the two holes
- Then insert rawl plugs
- Mount the BuckStop with the two screws supplied.
Your BuckStop is now ready for use!
